Our Acrylic Dust Filter Bag is suitable for filtering general industrial liquids, such as ink, coating, food, chemical industry, grain and oil and other chemical liquids.
Our Acrylic Dust Filter Bag is made by ultrasonic welding process, with high strength and good sealing. It replaces the traditional welding and bonding process, which is clean, pollution-free and does not damage the workpiece. It is more accurate than manual sewing and has no pinholes, so as to avoid cracking caused by pressure concentration at the bottom and reduce dirt at the four corners.

Introduction
Special filter bags for cement plants, high hydrolysis-resistant bag. It has large porosity, good air permeability, and chemical resistance. It can not only work at room temperature but also can fill acid and alkali gases under medium temperature and environmental conditions. After heat setting and singeing treatment, the surface is smooth and not easily blocked by dust.
These bags are more effectual in minimizing dust emission level as per requirement of industries. Through the top chamber all the solid contaminants get deposited. With the help of shaking mechanism or reverse pulse jetting mechanism, the particles retained at the outer surface get collected at the bottom.
