Properties
It is a pale yellow powder (granule) with a little osmotic pressure and a bitter taste. The density is 1.42-1.52. Soluble in ethyl acetate, ethanol, NaOH and Na2CO3, insoluble in benzene, water and gasoline. Good storage stability. The lower limit of explosion is 21g/m3.
Application
Currently used as an acid promoter and medium - speed main promoter. When used alone or in combination with DM, TMTD and many other basic accelerators, they have excellent anti-aging properties, resulting in higher activity. Its acceleration temperature is low, easy to disperse, little pollution. Mainly used for manufacturing tires, inner tubes, foot wear, rubber belts and hoses.
