4.Polish with sandpaper and use a soft stick or bamboo stick. When polishing round surfaces or spheres, cork sticks are used to better match the curvature of the circular surface and the sphere.

Raw Material of car front bumper mould
1. The material composition and its performance
For some auto exterior part, such like bumper, will use raw material with PP+EPDM with some percentage of talcum powder. PP is a crystal with some certain , will be influenced by mold temperature, which can provide product strength. EPDM is a rubber, combines with PP can improve tensile property and bending property of material. Talcum powder can increase the material strength, to achieve the needed property.
2. The condition of material drying & molding
For PP+EPDM material, it's not good at water-absorbing, so temperature for drying is 80-100℃, with 2-4 hours. And when molding the product, commonly the melting temperature is between 210 and 260℃, and the injection pressure is around 100Kgf/cm².
3. The material influence to oil paint and assembly property
As for the binding force of oil paint, it depends on the distribution of EPDM material, which need EPDM uniformity distributed on product surface to ensure the oil paint can be applied on every surface part.
